摘要
用高温熔融方法熔制了Sm3+掺杂硼硅酸盐玻璃。对制得的玻璃进行耐酸性及发光特性测试。结果表明:在硅酸盐玻璃中掺加少量B2O3可以提高玻璃的化学稳定性。在402nm紫外氙灯激发下,Sm3+掺杂硼硅酸盐玻璃在可见光范围内主要出现3个荧光峰,峰值波长为:568,601,647nm,分别对应于4G5/2→6H5/2,4G5/2→6H7/2,4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁,其中以601nm处荧光峰最强,因此,Sm3+可以作为日光转换材料的有效激活离子。
Sm^3+-doped borosilicate glasses were prepared with the high temperature melting method. The acid resistance and luminescence properties of the glasses were tested. The results show that the addition of B2O3 into silicate glass can significantly improve the chemical stability of the glass. Under the excitation of 402 um using a Xeon lamp, the luminescence properties of Sm^3+ -doped borosilicate glasses were investigated and three major emission bands centered at 564, 601 and 647 um were observed. They corre- spond to the ^4G5/2→^6H5/2,^4G5/2→^6H7/2 and ^4G5/2→^6H9/2 transitions, respectively. The highest luminescence peak intensity is at the wavelength of 601 nm, indicating that Sm^3+ can be used as an effective material for the activation of sunlight conversion.
