摘要
目的了解盐城市淡色库蚊对4种常用卫生杀虫剂的抗性现状和发展趋势。方法区分剂量法。结果盐城地区敌敌畏抗性处于高抗水平,但抗性有所缓解;氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯除建湖外均处于低抗、敏感水平;溴氰菊酯抗性建湖明显高于其他各县(市)。结论建湖、东台、盐城市区经过长期的化学防治,蚊虫对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯产生了明显的抗性,因此这些地区在进行蚊虫化学防治时应换用其他类型的杀虫剂。
Objective To investigate the status and trends of Culex pipiens pallens resistance in Yancheng city. Methods Distinguishing dosage method. Results Culex pipiens pallens developed high resistance to DDVP in Yancheng. Except of Jianghu, it had low resistance or sensitive level to cypermethrin and permethrin. The deltamethrin resistance in Jianhu was noticeably higher than it in other areas. Conclusion After some insecticides were used to control mosquitoes in Jianhu, Dongtai and Suburb area for a long time, Culex pipiens pallens had developed obvious resistance to DDVP and dehamethrin. Therefore insecticides should be changed for controlling mosquitoes in these areas.
