鼠类密度监测与控制效果观察

Rodents density monitoring and observation on controlling efficacy

目的为开展有效灭鼠和观察鼠类控制效果提供科学依据。方法每季度进行一次化学药物灭鼠,并用鼠夹法进行鼠密度监测。结果2003年10月灭鼠前捕鼠48只,平均密度为10.96%,鼠种为褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、黑线姬鼠。第一次毒饵灭鼠后鼠平均密度为1.53%,2004年至2005年监测密度控制在1.29%以下。结论化学药物防治能够有效地控制鼠患。

Objective To observe the efficacy of poison bait against rodents and supply the scientific evidence for the rodents control. Methods Poison bait was put in the corporation for every quarter. Monitoring of rodents density was investigated by rodent clamps. Results 48 rodents were caught in October 2003. The average density was 10.96% and the rodents were Rattus norvegicus, Rattus flavipectus and Apodemus agrarius. After placing the poison bait, the rodents density decreased to 1.53%, and the density was below 1.29% from 2004 to 2005. Conclusion The chemical control had good effect on killing rodents.
