摘要 压制工序的技术水平对于粉末冶金产品的品质有着决定性的影响,而通过数值模拟改进压制技术工艺是一种十分有效的方法,目前这一方法已经得到了极大的关注。本文总结了国内外众多学者近年来应用有限元技术对金属粉末压制成形进行数值模拟研究的历史进程、粉末压制的建模方法、模拟中的难点、模拟时软件的选取等,并在此基础上提出了目前这一领域发展的展望。 The pressing process is crucial to the final quality of the powder metallurgical products, which can be effectively improved by the numerical simulation. Therefore, the numerical simulation of powder metallurgy compaction is now attracted much attention. In this paper, the development history, modeling approach to powder compaction, difficult point, choice of software in simulation were reviewed. An outlook about the numerical simulations of powder metallurgy compaction was also described.
