摘要 目的:综合分析睾丸支持细胞的研究动态及意义。资料来源:应用计算机检索Pubmed1995-01/2006-02有关睾丸支持细胞研究的文章,检索词为"sertolicell,application,transplantation"等,限定语言种类为英文。同时检索中国期刊网全文数据库1995-01/2006-02有关睾丸支持细胞研究的文章,检索词为"睾丸支持细胞,应用,移植",并限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择与睾丸支持细胞研究进展及应用前景相关的文章,筛选与以上要求无明显关系的文章以及重复性研究。同一领域的文献则选择近5年来在权威刊物上发表的文章。资料提炼:共收集到57篇文献,其中32篇符合要求。排除25篇,为重复性文章。资料综合:由于睾丸支持细胞具有分泌多种营养因子和免疫豁免功能,睾丸支持细胞已成为细胞培养技术、组织工程及器官移植领域的研究热点之一,在临床移植领域中有良好的应用前景。结论:睾丸支持细胞为器官移植、帕金森病及糖尿病等疾病的治疗提供了新的治疗途径,虽然还有许多问题尚需解决,但对睾丸支持细胞的研究已经取得了一系列可喜的成果,在临床应用中具有良好的应用前景,也将会给人类临床事业的发展作出巨大贡献。 OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively analyze the research dynamic status and significance of Sertoli cell. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Pubmed was undertaken for articles about Sertoli cell published in English between January 1995 and February 2006 by using the keywords of "Sertoli cell, application, transplantation". Meanwhile, with the same keywords in Chinese, CNKI database was searched to identify the related articles published between January 1995 and February 2006. STUDY SELECTION: After the first trial, the articles about the advances and future application of Sertoli cell were selected, and those published in authoritative magazines in recent 5 years were preferred. Repeated study or articles not related with the above mentioned content was excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 57 relevant literatures were collected and 32 met the requirements. Twenty-five repeated articles were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: As it has the function of immune privilege and could secrete various nutrition factors, Sertoli cell has become one of the research focuses in the field of cell separation, tissue engineering and organ transplantation. It has a promising application in clinical transplantation. CONCLUSION: Sertoli cell provides new therapy for organ transplantation, Parkinson disease and diabetes mellitus. Although many problems need to solve, the research about Sertoli cell has achieved a lot and presented an extremely captivating prospect in clinical field. It will make a great contribution to the clinical development of mankind.
