摘要 为了提高通讯中检测设备的对准精度,设计了一种伺服机构,用于实现检测设备在azimuth,pitching,list方向的调整和保持。采用结构静力分析的有限元单元法,利用ANSYS软件对所建立的伺服转台的几何模型进行静力学分析,通过建模、约束和加载、求解以及后处理,获得了伺服转台的变形和应力值,为结构的优化及伺服机构的控制提供了重要的数据。 In order to curacy of test equipment amplify the alignment acin the communication, the kind of servo mechanism is designed,which is used to realize the adjustment and the conservation of the test in the azimuth, pitching and list direction. The finite element method of structure - static analysis is used in this study. Static load analysis of the establishing the geometric model of the servo rotate equipment by ANSYS software is presented. The displacement and stress of servo rotate equipment has been obtained by model building, deformation and load, solving and post- processing. These results provide fundamental basis for optimization of the structure and the control of the servo equipment.
