燃气基础设施危机管理,属于城市基础设施危机管理的一个重要方面,是指由政府统一组织,相关部门和单位各司其职,动员和组织社会力量,为确保城市燃气基础设施正常运行和社会生产生活正常秩序而实施的预警、反应(动员和处置)、救援、恢复等全部活动。文章分别对应急预案、危机监测机制和预警系统等方面进行了探析。
