摘要
以阴离子表面活性剂NNO为分散剂,用M-110EHI型微射流粉碎机制备阴离子型超细颜料水性分散体系.研究了粉碎作用次数、NNO用量等因素对该分散体系中颜料粒径大小的影响.对制备分散体系的稳定性能进行了评定,并作了扫描电镜观察.
Anionic surfactant NNO was used to prepare aqueous ultra-fine pigment dispersions with M- 110 EHI Microfluids as the installation. The influence of the disintegration effect times and NNO concentration on the dispersion stability was investigated, The stability of the prepared dispersions was evaluated, The SEM observation was also carried out.
