壳聚糖载银抗菌整理剂的改性及整理效应的研究

Research on the modification and finishing effect of silver-carried chitosan antibacterial finishing agent

对壳聚糖载银抗菌剂进行改性制备抗菌整理剂并对其在纺织品上的抗菌性能进行了研究.通过1227对壳聚糖载银抗菌剂进行改性来制备复合抗菌剂,然后通过浸-轧-烘方法制备抗菌织物,并采用抑菌圈法对抗菌剂的抗菌性能进行评价.同时考察织物在经过银系列抗菌剂抗菌整理前后的变色情况.结果表明:织物经复合抗菌剂整理后,抑菌圈出现了双层,具有较好的抗菌效果,同时织物的白度能保持在纺织品所要求的范围内.

The silver-carried chitosan antibacterial agent was modified to prepare the antibacterial finishing agent. Its performance on textiles was researched. A compounded antibacterial agent was prepared by modification of silver-carried chitosan with ＂1227＂, and antibacterial fabrics were prepared therefrom by dipping- padding-curing method. The bacteriostatic circle method was used to evaluate the performance of the bacteriostat. The color change in the finishing was also investigated. Double-circles appeared on the fabrics finished with the compounded finishing agent, good antibacterial effect was demonstrated and the whiteness was kept in the limit of the textile requirement.
