摘要
英得尔水库于2005年4月28日凌晨坝上溢洪道垮塌,造成右副坝溃坝事件。溃坝前当地曾发生了两次地震。为分析地震对水库溃坝的影响程度,首先运用加卸载响应比理论研究了坝体的全时程加卸载动力响应规律,结果表明大坝在地震中处于稳定状态;然后考虑地震荷载进行结构抗震稳定分析,结果表明地震是加速溢洪道坝段失稳的重要原因。
The spillway of Yingdeer Reservoir, located on the dam, was broken down in the morning on April 28,2005, and it was called the right auxiliary-dam collapsing event. Before the dam break, two earthquakes occurred. To analyze the effect of the earthquake on the dam break, the theory of load/unload response ratio (LURR) is used to study the dynamic response law of the dam body. The result shows that the dam was stable in the twice earthquakes. The seismic stability analysis shows that the earthquakes are the main causes to quicken the spillway to break down.
