Consider the second order neutral delay difference equation △^2（xn＋cxn-ι）＋Pnf（xn-σ）：0,n∈N（m）.the existence of a nonoscillatory solution is obtained by Krasnoselskii＇s fixed point theorem. These results extend some known criteria.
