树脂催化合成不饱和酯的研究

摘要 本文讨论了利用强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成丙酸烯丙酯的条件,研究发现,催化剂的最佳用量是1.0 g,最佳带水剂为苯,反应的酸醇摩尔比为3∶2;同时,还研究了催化剂的重复使用性能,研究表明,催化剂在重复使用6次后,反应产率基本保持不变,说明树脂催化剂具有良好重复使用性能;另外,在最佳反应条件下,合成了乙酸烯丙酯、丙酸烯丙酯和丁酸烯丙酯,并对产品进行了分析。 In this paper, the conditions for synthesis of allyl propionate catalyzes with strongly acidic cationic exchange resin were diccussed. The results of study showed that the optimal catalyst weight was 1.0 g, the optimal water-taking agent was benzene, and the better mole ratio of acid and alcohol was 3 : 2. At the same time, the reuse performance of catalyst was studied, too. The experiment indicated that the catalyst could be used repeatedly for 6 times without declining the yield of the reaction, showing the good reuse performance of the catalyst. In addition, allyl acetate, allyl propionate and llyl butylate were also prepared, and then the products were analyzed, too.
