摘要 瓦斯排放是高瓦斯矿井瓦斯超限后所必须采取的有效措施。文章在分析传统排放方法所存在的缺陷的基础上,设计了一种基于变频调速技术的闭环型瓦斯排放系统,并介绍了其基本构成和工作原理。该系统以排放出的瓦斯浓度为参量,通过PID算法调节局部通风机转速,实现了掘进工作面瓦斯的安全排放,保证了煤矿井下的生产安全。 The gas exhausting is an effective measure which must be taken when gas is over the limit set by regulation in high gassy mine. On the basis of analysis of defects of traditional exhausting methods, aclosed-loop system for gas exhausting with frequency-conversion speed-adjustment technology was developed in this paper. In addition, the composition and working principle of the gas exhausting system were introduced. The system took the gas density as parameter and regulated rotational speed of local fan by PID algorithm, so as to exhaust the gas safely in working face, and ensured safe production in coal mine underground.
