摘要
介绍了从前苏联引进的1000t/h超临界压力直流锅炉再热器超温及大量使用减温水的现象,经过测试分析比较,提出了改造方案,解决了严重影响锅炉安全运行的再热器超温现象。
In view of the over temperature in reheater and large consumption of attemperating water in 1 000 t/h supercriticl once through boiler imported from former USSR, a power saving innovation scheme through a comparison test was carried out and a benifit of 3 g/(kW·h) lowering of coal cousumption was obtained,and simultaneously solved the problem of reheater over temperature which had seriously effected the safety of the boiler.
