摘要
叙述了用交流阻抗法研究了十八胺对碳钢/低电导率水体系的成膜缓蚀作用,发现吸附在碳钢表面的单分子层十八胺膜电阻控制了碳钢的腐蚀;在1~5mg/L范围内,随着十八胺浓度的增大,Rf增加,Cf减小。
The corrosion inhibiting effect of filming octadecylamine (ODA) on carbon steel/low conductivity water system was studied by means of ac impedance technique. The testing result concludes that the film resistance of ODA mono molecular layer adsorbed on the surface of the metal controls the corrosion of carbon steel. The film resistance R f increases while the film capacitance C f decreases and the inhibition effect of ODA is enhanced by increasing the concentration of ODA within 1~5 mg/L range.
