摘要
矿井供风量是与通风效果、建设投资、运营费用密切相关的重要参数。针对大红山铁矿供风量的合理性,在大红山铁矿可行性研究和初步设计阶段进行深入分析研究基础上认为,合理的供风量应根据工作面总需风量及系统调控效能综合考虑慎重决定,提出了"改进分风调控性能,削减供风量与回风井条数"的合理化建议,应用于建成的四级机站通风系统节省斜井投资452.48万元及节电达321.91万元/a,且通风效果较好,证明该供风量的确定方法合乎生产实际要求。
Wind supply in mine is an important parameter closely related to ventilation result, building investment and operation costs. From the rationality of wind supply in Dahongshan Mine, the authors made a feasibility study and worded out a preliminary plan after analysis and research in Dahongshan Mine. They considered that reasonable wind supply should be decided on the total wind supply needed on working face and the system controlling performance, and put forward a rational suggestion on the im- provement of wind' s controlling performance and the reduction of the amount of wind supply and the number of wind back wells. The 4-grade-station built with the suggestion achieved good ventilation effect, saving inverstment of RMB 4,524,800 and charges for electricity of RMB 3,219,100. The result shows that the authors' method to decide the amount of wind supply and relevant suggestions are in line with the actual requirements.
