摘要 从云南某硫化矿酸性废水中分离出一株氧化亚铁硫杆菌,并进行了其最佳生长条件及生长动力学的研究。研究结果表明:氧化亚铁硫杆菌适宜的培养温度应在25~35℃,最佳生长初始pH值为2.0-2.5,最佳生长初始Fe^2+浓度应在0.15 mol/L左右,这也与9K培养基中Fe2+浓度基本一致。 A strain of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was isolated from the acidic wastewater of sulfide minerals in Yunnan. Research on the best growth conditions and growth kinetics indicated that the proper culture temperature for thiobacillus ferrooxidans was 25 - 30℃, the best growth initial pH was 2.0 - 2.5 and the best growth initial Fe^2+ concentration was about 0. 15 moL/L. The concentration is almost the same with that in 9K culture medium.
