摘要
通过实验分析了PtY0.15、PdY0.5、FeCr22Al5合金和PtY0.15/FeCr22Al5、PdY0.15/FeCr22Al5两种复合材料的室温和高温力学性能。两种复合材料的室温力学性能优于PtY0.15和PdY0.5合金。由于内氧化改变了PtY0.15和PdY0.5合金的高温抗蠕变性能,且FeCr22Al5合金的高温强度较低、其复合材料的复合界面在高温下的强度低,PtY0.15/FeCr22Al5、PdY0.15/FeCr22Al5复合材料的高温抗拉强度和抗蠕变性能低于PtY0.15、PdY0.5合金。
Mechanical properties of PtY0. 5, PdY0. 5, FeCr22 Al5 alloys and PtY0. 15/FeCr22 A15 , PdY0. 15/ FeCrEEA15 composites were analyzed after experiments. Mechanical properties at room temperature of the two composites are superior to those of PtY0. 15, PdY0.5 respectively. The internal oxidation changed the creep resistance of alloys. Owing to the low strength of FeCr22 A15 alloy and the composite interface at high temperature, the high -temperature and the creep resistance of PtYo, 15/FeCr,,A15PdY0. 15/FeCrEEA15 composite are inferior to those of PtY0. 15, PdY0.5alloy.
