株洲市某校医学生艾滋病知识和态度的现况调查

Knowledge and Attitude Towards AIDS Among Medical Students in Zhuzhou

目的调查株洲市医学生的艾滋病相关知识和态度的现状,为制定医学生艾滋病健康教育对策提供依据。方法以株洲市某医学专科学校的在校学生为对象,采取普查方法,进行艾滋病知识和态度的现况调查。结果株洲市医学生的艾滋病相关知识因专业、年级、学历层次不同而异,差别具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),但未发现性别差异;有近半数的医学生对待艾滋病的态度有待改善。结论医学院校应在新生入学时即开展艾滋病健康教育,并督促学生利用假期回基层开展艾滋病健康教育。

Objective To survey the AIDS related knowledge and attitude among the medical students of Zhuzhou City, and to provide the evidences for development of AIDS health education, Methods Students from a medical college in Zhuzhou City were selected to investigate their AIDS- related knowledge and attitudes. Results AIDS related knowledge among medical students in different majors, grades and educational levels showed statistically significant differences （P〈 0,01）, but no gender difference was found, Nearly half of medical students＇ AIDS attitudes need to be improved. Conclusions Medical institutions should carry out AIDS health education from the admission of the students, and urge the students to use their holidays for developing AIDS health education in grassroots families.
