摘要 目的检测桑植地区儿童血液中锌、铁、铜、钙、镁5种微量元素的含量,研究本地区不同年龄、性别儿童中血液中5种微量元素含量的差异和相关性。为指导儿童合理补充营养及相关疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)检测2003年1月-2006年12月间,来本院就诊的1750名儿童血液中锌、铁、铜、钙、镁5种微量元素的含量。结果儿童血液中锌、铁、铜、钙、镁5种微量元素的含量均值分别为(46.33±14.82)μmol/L、(8.26±1.61)mmol/L、(24.47±8.84)μmol/L、(1.42±0.12)mmol/L、(4.37±0.18)mmol/L。锌、钙含量低于正常对照值,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。铜、铁、镁与正常对照无差异。不同性别儿童的6种微量元素水平均无显著性差异。结论本地区儿童血液中钙、锌元素普遍缺乏。 Objective To survey the zinc, iron, copper, calcium, magnesium levels and the relation of different age, sex of children at Sangzhi County, and to provide guidance for the therapy and nutrition supply. Method The levels of serum trace elements in 1,750 children were assessed by FAAS from January, 2003 to December, 2006. Results Among the 1,750 blood samples, the level of zinc, iron, copper, calcium, and magnesium was 46.33 + 14.82 umol/L, 8.26± l. 61 mmol/L, 24.47±8.84 umol/L, l. 42 ± 0.12 mmol/L, and 4.37 ± 0.18 mmol/L respectively. The results showed that levels of zinc and calcium were under the normal reference standard (P〈 0.05). No sex statistical difference was found. Conclusion The levels of zinc and calcium in children blood are low at the Sangzhi District.
