摘要
目的探讨Mcl-1和Survivin在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测43例B-NHL和10例良性淋巴结病变组织中Mcl-1和Survivin的表达。结果Mcl-1和Survivin在B-NHL中的阳性表达率分别为65.1%(28/43)和69.8%(30/43),与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。侵袭性B-NHL患者Mcl-1的表达要高于惰性组(P〈0.05),Survivin的表达与B-NHL的组织病理学等级和国际预后指数(IPI)具有相关性(P〈0.05)。Spearman相关分析表明Mcl-1的表达与Survivin的表达呈正相关(r=0.47,P〈0.01)。结论Mcl-1和Survivin在B-NHL中表达上调以及两者之间的阳性表达密切相关,表明Mcl-1和Survivin在B-NHL的发生和发展中具有协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Mcl-1 (myeloid cell leukemia-1, Mcl-1 ) and Survivin in B-NHL( B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, B-NHL). Methods The expression of Mcl-1 and Survivin in 43 cases of B-NHL and 10 cases of benign lymph node lesions were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin - biotin peroxidase method. Results The expression rate of Mcl-1 and Survivin in B-NHL was 65.1% (28/43) and 69.8% (30/43) respectively. Compared with the control, there was a significantly statistic difference ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ). The expression of Mcl-1 in patients with aggressive B-NHL was higher than that of patients with indolent B-NHL( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of Survivin was related with histopathologic grade and IPI of B-NHL( P 〈 0. 05 ). Spearman's correlation analysis showed that Mcl-1 expression was positively correlated with Survivin expression ( r = 0. 474, P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion The specific up - regulation of Mcl-1 and Survivin in B-NHL and the positive correlation between expression of Mcl-1 and Survivin showed that they had a synergistic effect in the development and progression of B-NHL.
