摘要
目的:观察加味生脉饮治疗冠心病心绞痛123例疗效。方法:随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组服用加味生脉饮加硝酸酯,对照组服用硝酸酯。结果:治疗组临床有效率为91.0%,对照组临床有效率为60.2%;两组有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味生脉饮与硝酸酯合用治疗冠心病心绞痛可明显改善冠状动脉供血,临床疗效及心电图疗效显著提高。
Objective：to observe the effect of modified shengmai liquid to treating coronary artery disease and angina.Method：the patients were divided into treatment and control randomly.The treatment was treated with modified shengmai liquid and nitrate and the control with nitrate.Result：the clinical effective power is 91.0% in treatment and 60.2% in control.Conclusion：there would be improved the coronary artery blood to coronary artery disease and angina in modified shengmai liquid and nitrate.
