摘要 适应性是高等教育的本质属性。高等教育的适应性有两种不同的适应观:适应社会需要价值取向和适应个体需要价值取向。高等教育由此产生两种不同的教育发展取向:社会需要适应性发展取向和个体需要适应性发展取向。社会需要适应性发展取向存在诸多局限性,表现在高校自身专业的缺失难以满足社会需要,社会需要适应性发展取向会导致"无效供给"现象,社会需要适应性发展取向有失教育的公正性,以社会需要适应性发展取向限制了人的创造性。因此,高等教育应走向个体需要适应性发展取向,个性化是我国高等教育发展的必然选择。高等教育个性化的表征主要有:高校内部管理的个性化,个性化的高等院校。 Adaptability is the higher education nature attribute. The higher education adaptability has two kinds different fitting in with to watch: Fit in with the needs of the society value takes the value facing and adapting to individual need choose face. Higher education produces two kinds different education from this developing choose face: Adaptability development takes society need to sum individual need adaptability develops choose face. Adaptability development takes society need to existence a lot of limitation, oneself satisfied the special field hiatus society difficult to needs behaviour in colleges and universities, society requires that adaptability develops taking the phenomenon "supplying to being able to lead to futility", society requires that adaptability develops the justice choosing to losing education, requires that adaptability develops be created by choosing to having restricted person with society.
