400m障碍跑对某些生化指标和免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

EFFECTS OF 400m OBSTACLE RUNNING ON SOME BIOCHEMISTRY INDEXES AND IMMUNE FUNCTION OF THE SOLDIERS

摘要 目的研究400 m障碍跑的不同训练方式对武警战士某些生化指标与免疫系统的影响。方法随机选取武警部队第2年度士兵24名。测定400 m障碍跑两种不同训练方式训练前后的生化指标及免疫功能。(1)分段组合训练方式:2~3项不同障碍目标的组合训练。(2)全程跑训练:间歇完成每个障碍目标的适应性训练,最后完成400 m障碍全程跑。结果两种训练方式后BU浓度均较运动前显著升高,分段训练从(5.43±0.97)mmol·L^-1升到(5.82±1.00)mmol·L^-1(P〈0.05);全程跑训练从(5.55±0.86)mmol·L^-1升到(6.78±1.11)mmol·L^-1(P〈0.01)。CK水平较训练前显著升高,分段训练从(174.37±62.55)U·L^-1升到(539.41±120.32)U·L^-1(P〈0.01);全程跑训练从(176.54±58.39)U·L^-1升到(731.50±228.12)U·L^-1(P〈0.01)。全程跑训练后BU、Bla和CK水平高于分段组合训练后水平(P〈0.05)。分段组合训练后CD4从(36.64±7.47)%降到(3 4.5 2±6.3 1)%(P〈0.0 5),NK从(1 5.7 7±4.0 5)%降到(1 2.5 0±4.7 3)%(P〈0.01)。全程跑训练后,CD4从(36.78±7.04)%降到(31.47±5.00)%(P〈0.01),NK值显著降低(P〈0.01)。结论分段组合训练和全程跑训练都能使战士机体产生一定的应激反应,引起某些生化指标的显著升高,并对免疫系统有一定影响,提示应先进行适应性体能训练,有利于机体产生应激适应。  Objective To study the effects of 400 m obstacle running on some biochemistry indexes and the immune function of the soldiers in order to provide scientific basis for training program and health supervision.Methods Twenty-four soldiers were randomly selected from the Armed-Police Forces.Two training ways were designed:(A)sectional obstacle 400 m running:2~3 items of obstacle objective training once with a rest of 2~3 min for a total of 70 min training was conducted.(B)whole obstacle 400 m running:after 4 d of sectional obstacle 400 m running for adaptation,a whole obstacle 400 m running was conducted.Results After A training,both blood urea(BU) and creatine kinase(CK) were increased(from(5.43±0.97) to(5.82±1.00) mmol·L^-1,P〈0.05,and(174.37±62.55) to(539.41±120.32) U·L^-1,respectively P〈0.01). After B training,BU and CK also increased(from(5.55±0.86) to(6.78±1.11)mmol·L^-1,and(176.54±58.39) to(731.50±228.12)U·L^-1respectively,P〈0.01).The level of BU,CK and lactate after B training was higher than those after A training(P〈0.05).The level of CD4 and NK after A training was decreased(from(36.64±7.74)% to(34.52±6.31)%,P〈0.05;(15.77±4.05)% to(12.50±4.73)%,respectively P〈0.01),and after B training(from(36.78±7.04)% to(31.47±5.00) %,P〈0.01;(15.38±4.14)% to(9.16±3.31)% respectively,P〈0.01).Conclusion Both training ways can affect the BU and CK index and inhibit immune system.
