摘要
介绍了由8031单片机控制锅炉给水自动加氨的原理及设计方法,试验表明,该反馈控制系统能使锅炉给水系统在其含氨量始终保持最佳的状态下稳定运行。较详细地阐述了该系统的硬件组成及软件设计,控制中采用了一种变形PID控制算法。
The principle and design medthod of boiler water feeding with automatic ammoniating controlled by 8031 monolithic computer is introduced. Experiment result shows that this feedback control system can make the ammo- nia content of boiler water feeding system in optimum status. The hardware configration and the software design is explained in detail. An improved PID control algorithm is adapted in this system.
