高卡伯值竹浆氧脱木素工艺条件的优化

摘要 本文进行了高卡伯值硫酸盐竹浆氧脱木素工艺条件的优化。结果表明,从氧脱木素后竹浆脱木素率和黏度降低率考虑,竹浆氧脱木素的优化工艺条件为:用碱量4%,MgSO4用量0.5%,温度100℃,反应时间60min,氧压0.5 MPa。在此条件下,可得到卡伯值11.8,黏度855 cm3/g的氧脱木素浆,脱木素率和黏度降低率分别为57.1%和15.8%。 The optimization of oxygen delignification of high Kappa number bamboo kraft pulp was discussed in this paper. As the delignification rate and reduction rate of viscosity after oxygen delignification were considered, the optimal conditions were as follow: alkali charge 4% , MgSO4 charge 0.5% , temperature 100℃ , oxygen pressure 0.5MPa, reaction time 60min. At the conditions, oxygen delignified bamboo pulp with a Kappa number of 11.8 and a viscosity of 855 cm^3/g was obtained. The delignification rate and reduction rate of viscosity are 57.1% and 15.8% respectively.
