摘要
通过对皮革固体废弃物进行预处理、打浆得到胶原纤维浆料,将其与植物纤维配抄,对胶原纤维成纸性能进行了研究。通过实验分析得到皮革固体废弃物碱法预处理的最佳条件。研究了在不同打浆度及不同胶原纤维加入量下,纸张紧度、抗张指数、撕裂指数以及湿纸强度保留率等物理指标的变化趋势,得到胶原纤维的最佳加入量。
The pulp was prepared with leather solid waste by the pretreatment and beating. The property of collagen fiber for papermaking was observed by compound sheet. The best conditions of alkali pretreatment were got by experimental analysis. The trends of the changes of density, tensile index, tearing index, retention rate of wet paper strength and some other physics property were researched in the experiment, the best content of collagen fiber was got.
