摘要
目的:通过冷循环微波天线对离体猪肝凝固的实验研究,探讨不同时间、功率组合下凝固区的形态及范围。方法:应用ECO-100增强型冷循环微波天线,分别以不同时间和功率组合凝固25只新鲜离体猪肝,采用脉冲波方式,微波频率为2450MHz,观察不同凝固条件下造成的组织凝固范围和形态。结果:加大输出功率或者延长凝固时间均可扩大凝固范围,在加大输出功率的同时延长凝固时间,凝固范围显著增大。以60~70W、20min时凝固区形态更接近球形。结论:加大微波的输出功率或延长凝固时间可以增大肝组织凝固范围,其中60~70W时所形成的凝固范围更趋向球形,此对肝癌凝固治疗会有较大指导意义。
Objective To investigate the diameters and appearances of coagulation in porcine livers vitro with new type of internally cooled microwave antenna.Methods Twenty-five fresh porcine livers in vitro were coagulated under different times and powers with type ECO-100 internally cooled microwave antenna.Pulsed wave was used and microwave frequency was set to 2450 MHz.Results Elevation of power or prolongation of coagulation time all resulted in increase of coagulation diameter.If the power and the time were increased at the same time,the coagulation zone was significantly expanded.However the best choice for power and time was 60~70 W and 20 minutes,because the coagulation zone was more like spherical shape at this condition.Conclusion Coagulation zone in the porcine liver tissue is increased with the elevation of power or prolongation of coagulation time by using water-cooled microwave antenna.Among these presets,the best choice for power is 60~70 W,because the coagulation zone is more like spherical shape,which might play an important role in the coagulation treatment of hepatic cellular carcinoma.
