急性冠脉综合征患者白细胞CD11b/CD18和血清C-反应蛋白的临床价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察外周静脉血中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜CD11b/CD18的表达和血清C-反应蛋白在急性冠脉综合征患者中的变化,探讨其与斑块稳定性的关系。方法:选30例急性冠脉综合征患者(ACS组),24例稳定型心绞痛患者(SA组),30例冠状动脉造影阴性作对照组。流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法检测CD11b/CD18的表达,免疫速率散射测浊法测定C-反应蛋白水平。结果:ACS组中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜CD11b/CD18的表达和血清C-反应蛋白水平显著高于SA组(P<0.01)和对照组(P<0.01)。结论:急性冠脉综合征患者中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜CD11b/CD18的表达增加和血清C-反应蛋白升高与斑块不稳定性有关。  Objective To observe changes of expression of CD11b/CD 18 on neutrophils and monocytes and serum level of C-reactive protein in peripheral venous blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Thirty patients with acute coronary syndrome,24 patients with stable angina pectoris and 30 controls with negative coronary angiography were measured the expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes with direct immunofluorescence techniques associated with flow cytometry and C-reactive protein with ultrasensitive immunoassay(rate nephelometry with the Beckman Immunochemistry Systems).Results The expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes and serum level of C-reactive protein in the acute coronary syndrome group were significantly higher than those in the stable angina pectoris group(P〈0.01)and controls(P〈0.01).Conclusion The expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes and serum C-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome are related to the unstability of plaques.
