活性污泥生枝状菌胶团的形成及降解机理 被引量:3

摘要 在利用生活污水直接曝气培养活性污泥的过程中,产生了生枝状动胶菌团,其枝状体伸出活性污泥絮体外扩展生长,显著提高了污水COD去除率。通过显微分析,表明生枝状菌胶团对活性污泥絮凝沉降具有促进作用;其生长点在枝状体的顶端,动胶菌呈"纵向连接",因此形成枝状菌胶团;该菌胶团的形成需要较长的泥龄:约25 d,其出现时曝气池内溶解氧维持较高水平:3.2—4.8 mg/L;该菌胶团所适宜的有机负荷为:0.17—0.37 kgCOD/kgMLSS.d;枝状菌胶团对水质及冲击负荷的耐受力较强,不易发生污泥膨胀,它的存在可增强受损活性污泥的可逆转性。 During the process of cultivating activated sludge by using domestic sewage with direct aerating way. branched zoogloea appeared, whose branched-body stretched out from activated sludge floc and extended and grew. It was improved the clearancing ratio of COD obviously. Branched zooloea showed the speedup to sedimentation velocity of activated sludge by microscop analysis. The growthy point of Branched zoogloea was on the top of branched-body. It was longitudinal growth, so it formed branched-body. The forming of branched-body demanded the longer sludge age: about 25 d. When it came into being. The more dissolved oxygen in the aerating pool was kept on; The proper organic loading about Branched zoogloea was 0.17-0.37 kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d) ;Branched zoogloea possessed stronger tolerance for water quality and shock loading, which has not brought active sludge bulking. Branched zoogloea can enhance the reversibility of injured activated sludge.
