摘要
由絮凝剂产生菌MB6-3分泌的胞外高分子物质制得的微生物絮凝剂MBF6-3含大量的—OH-及—COO-基团,多糖含量占88.7%;在温度为20—70℃时絮凝率大于90.0%,具有良好的热稳定性,pH=6—9.5时,MBF6-3对高岭土悬液的絮凝率大于80%,在絮凝过程中不改变胶体的亲水性能;Zeta电位的测定分析表明,MB6-3在弱酸性水中荷负电,在絮凝过程中可改变胶体颗粒的表面电位。MBF6-3对高岭土悬浮液、石化废水、啤酒废水的絮凝率分别在97.0%、90.0%和83.0%以上。
The microbial flocculant 6-3 (MBF6-3), produced by flocculant-producing microbe 6-3 (MB6-3), was extracellular macromolecule substance and contains a great deal of -OH^- and -COO^-. The content of amylase in it was 88.7%. The MBF6-3 was thermostable and the flocculating rate was constantly above 90.0% at 20-70℃. The flocculating rate of MBF6- 3 exceeded 80% at pH value of 6-9.5. It could not change the colloid hydrophile performance during its flocculating process. The ? electric potential of MBF6-3 was electronegative in the thin acidicescent waste water. It can change the surface electric potential of the colloid granule in the course of flocculating. The flocculating rate of MBF6-3 in kaoline suspended liquid, petrochemical waste water, and beer waste water was over 97.0 %, 90.0 %, and 83.0 % respectively.
