摘要
以乙二醇做溶剂,采用水合联氨还原法制备了纳米Co粉。XRD实验分析结果表明制得了纯度良好的Co粉,且粒度为16.5 nm。根据反应时的反应体系的颜色变化,推导了简化的反应过程。同时,研究了反应物中的溶剂(乙二醇)的作用和反应物浓度、成核剂含量对纳米Co粉粒度的影响。
The preparation of cobalt nanopowders using ethylene glycol as the solvent is described via the hydrazine monohydrate reduction. Based on X-ray diffraction data, the resulting powders were identified as pure crystalline cobalt with an average crystal size of 16.5 nm. From the color change of reaction system, the reaction process was concluded. Meanwhile, the relationship between the organic solvent(ethylene glycol), the amount of the hydrazine, nucleating agent in the reaction system and the size of Co particle were discussed.
