摘要
《孙子兵法》中蕴含丰富的管理思想。联系管理学理论发展的4个阶段中对《孙子兵法》的理解和运用,《孙子兵法》中的人本管理精神可以概括为"悟道施仁"与"知人善任"。
Rich management thinking is embodied in Military Science of Sun Tzu. Considering the apprehension and employment of Military Science of Sun Tzu in four steps of the development of management science,this article summarizes the human-oriented management spirit in Military Science of Sun Tzu as ＂apprehending Tao and performing benevolence＂ and ＂Knowing the subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities. ＂
