孙子兵法与蓝海战略基本思想比较分析

Comparison of the Foundamental Thoughts between Military Science of Sun Tzu and Blue Ocean Strategy

作为战略,蓝海战略与孙子兵法有很多相通之处,都具有全局性、长远性等特点。将孙子的全胜、奇正、虚实等思想与蓝海战略进行了比较。由于二者产生背景不同,孙子兵法和蓝海战略有很大差异。但在企业战略管理中,二者并不相互排斥,应当使其相互融合与渗透,创新战略管理理论,服务于经济发展。

Military Science of Sun Tzu and Blue Ocean Strategy shared many common things as strategy, such as the overall and long-term characteristics. This paper compared Blue Ocean Strategy with Military Science of Sun Tzu on its thought of overall victory,normal and extraordinary forces,void and actuality etc.. What＇s more,Military Science of Sun Tzu and Blue Ocean Strategy are quite different for their disparate background of birth. However, They don＇t repel each other in enterprise strategy. To serve the development of the economy, we should mix them and innovate the theory of strategy management.
