摘要
目的:探讨自制同轴导管在选择性输卵管造影及再通术中的临床应用价值。方法:对43例继发不孕患者的62条阻塞的输卵管用自制同轴导管行选择性输卵管造影,发现均为一侧或两侧近、中段完全梗阻,然后利用导丝行机械再通并给予疏通液。统计输卵管疏通率和6~12个月随访的妊娠率进行综合分析。结果:43例62条近、中段输卵管完全梗阻患者,1例因双侧子宫角部息肉导丝无法进入(后经手术证实),行再通术后输卵管60条疏通,再通率97.7%,全部病例均随访半年至1年。其中16例已怀孕,受孕率达37.2%。结论:用自制同轴导管施行选择性输卵管造影及再通术对诊治输卵管梗阻是既经济又安全有效的方法。
Objective:The purpose of this article was to evaluate the clinical value of selective salpingography and recanalization with homemade coaxial catheter. Methods: Selective salpingography with homemade coaxial catheter was conducted in the 62 obstructed fallopian tubes of 43 cases of infertility. Of all the patients, it was founded that the proximal and the midpiece of one or both fallopian tubes were completely obstructed. The guide wire's recanlization was maintained with gentamycin in normal saline solution. Rate of tubal fluency was counted and rate of pregnancy during the follow-up for 6~12months was analyzed synthetically. Results: Among the 62 obstructed fallopian tubes of the 42 patients,the selective cornual catheterization. Succeeded in 60 tubes,accounting for 97.7 % and failed in 1 tube because the guidewire was of unable to go in due to the cornua uteri polyp (while was confirmed in the operation). During the 6 ~12 month-follow-up, 16 have been pregnant,accounting for 37.2 %. Conclusion:The use of Homemade coaxial catheter device in selective salpingography and recanalization treatment is more efficient,safer and less expensive.
