阴式与腹式子宫次全切除术的临床分析

Clinical analysis of transvaginal and transabdominal superacervical hysterectomy

目的探讨非脱垂子宫阴式子宫次全切除的优点、手术要点及适应症。方法2003年6月至2004年1月吉林大学第一医院对非脱垂子宫阴式子宫次全切除术(TVSH)26例和同期指征相近的腹式子宫次全切除术(TASH)30例进行分析比较。结果TVSH组手术均成功,无术中、术后并发症,术后体温、肛门排气时间、术后病人下床活动时间及住院天数均小于TASH组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)手术时间、术中出血量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论阴式子宫次全切除术损伤小,恢复快,是一种较好的手术方法。

Objective To assess the advantages, operative postulates and indications of transvaginal superacervical hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus. Methods The transvaginal superacervical hysterectomy（TVSH） for non-prolapsed uterus in 26 cases were compared with transabdominal superacervical hysteretomy （TASH） in 30cases. There were chosen from June 2003 to January 2004. Resuits Compared with the TVSH group, the ASH group, which was operated successfully without complications during and after operation, had a significantly reduction in postoperative temperatur, anus exhaustion and the first time to move about, hospitalization time （P 〈 0.05）,There was no significant difference in operation time and volume of blood loss in the two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion With less damage and quicker recovery, the TVSH is a good operative method.
