摘要
本钢第二炼铁厂5×75 m2烧结机改造带冷平台及带冷机室工程的基础为大型混凝土箱体结构,施工中采用混凝土加入U型混凝土膨胀剂(UEA)等措施,取消了基础底板原设计的后浇带,基础底板一次连续浇筑完成,解决了超长大体积混凝土无缝施工的裂缝控制问题。
The foundations of straight cooler platform and straight cooler room for 5 ×75 m^2 sintering machine reconstruction project of Bensteel No. 2 iron making plant are of large concrete box structure, such measures as adding U - type concrete expansion agent in concrete were adopted, the post - cast strip which was originally designed for soleplate was abandoned, the sole plate was cast continuously for one time,and the cracking control problem for joint- free construction of super -long bulk concrete was solved.
