煤矿企业安全文化建设水平的模糊综合评价

Fuzzy-based Appraisal on Safety Culture Construction Level in Coal Mine Enterprise

针对煤矿企业文化建设的实际,通过分析影响其安全文化建设水平的各种因素,获得了对安全文化建设水平进行现状评价的综合指标体系,并建立了评价用层次模型。由此应用模糊综合评价法对其进行了合理的评价,实例表明该法具有较强的适用性和可操作性,可为煤矿企业制定安全文化发展目标提供有利的依据。

Based on the facts of safety culture construction in coal mine enterprise,a comprehensive index system of assessment on safety culture construction level is obtained by analyzing all kinds of affecting factors,and a hierarchy model used for evaluation is also set up.This fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to conduct reasonable evaluations.The cases show that this method is practicable and available and it can provide an advantageous basis for the coal mine enterprise to formulate the development aims of safety culture constnuction.
