梁实秋以文学笔调记写食谱促成了57篇美文,不仅以"吃"寄托情怀,更体现了其具有"民本性"、"地域性"、"民俗性"、"审美性"特征的独特饮食观,为现代饮食观和饮食文化的继承和发展提供了优秀范本,具有积极的指导意义。
Hang Shiqiu' s literary recording of recipes in 57 of his excellent essays not only expresses his emotions and feelings through "eating" but, more importantly, reflects his distinctive views on food featured by "humanism", "local colors", "folk-custom preferences", and "aestheticism", which are derived from his unusual life experiences. His ideas are, therefore, the cornerstone of modem views on food and diet, and of great importance to guiding the inheritance and development of the food culture.
