A Review of the Research on Other Countries' Political Party Legislation

近年来,随着党的十六大"依法执政"方针的提出,学术界关于国外政党法制化的研究也愈益深入,其中涉及国外政党法制化的理论基础、内涵、体系、过程等多个方面。这些研究对于借鉴西方政治文明的有益成果,促进我国政党制度向法制化迈进,具有积极的意义。

In recent years, with the proposal of the guideline of ＂ruling the country by law＂ on the 16th National Congress of CPC, there have been more in-depth researches in the academic circles on the legislation for political parties in other countries, involving its theoretical basis, connotation, system, procedure and so on. These researches are of great significance to China＇ s efforts to absorb the constructive achievements of Western political civilization and to advance its own legislation of the political party system.
