摘要
改制型高校与传统高校在办学理念、运行机制等方面存在较大的区别,进而导致两者在用人制度和薪酬制度设计上存在差异。论文在对改制型高校与传统高校薪酬制度设计差异分析的基础上,提出了改制型高校薪酬制度设计的若干建议。
The great differences between systemically-transformed universities and traditional ones in educational philosophies and operational mechanisms result in their different employment and wage systems. This paper, based on an analysis of the differences between the two in their wage-system schemes, puts forward suggestions on the scheme of the wage system in systemically-transformed universities.
