建立有效的农民工培训体系 促进区域经济发展——以珠江三角洲外来女工培训项目为例

本文通过分析广东区域经济发展与农民工的关系,从马斯洛需求层次理论出发,以珠江三角洲外来女工培训项目①为例,指出只有通过培训促进农民工自身的发展才能更好地促进区域经济的发展。

Analysising the relations between rural workers and the development of Guangdong province＇s regional economy taking the case of training project for immigrating wonmen workers in Pearl River,and based on the Maslow＇s theory of requirement level,this thesis ,points out that training the rural workers,helping the development of themselves can promote the reginal economy.
