摘要
中小企业一直面临着人才危机,如何吸引人才、留住人才成为诸多中小企业面临的难题。文章分析了中小企业在人才竞争中的优劣势,并针对不同模式的薪酬结构进行评析,进而提出了符合中小企业发展的薪酬设计方案,希望对薪酬管理研究提供一个新的视角。
The medium and small sized enterprises are faced with a serious shortage of talents. But, how to attract and persuade talents to stay is a difficult problem for the enterprises. The paper mainly discusses and analyzes the advantages as well as disadvantages of the enterprises in competition for talents, different patterns of the structures of salary and wages, and in the meanwhile, a new plan of the design suitable for the development of the enterprises was proposed in the hope of affording a new point of view to study the management of salary and wages.
