摘要
在石油化工装置中,机泵在试车时出现的泵体发热、抽真空、泵体和轴承箱振动大、泵出口流量小、压力小等问题,是试车时较常见的问题,造成这些问题的原因也是多种多样的,文章列举了3个比较特殊的实例,剖析了产生故障的原因,可供同行借鉴。
During pump trial run,the problems such as pump body being hot,vacuumized,large vibration of pump body or bearing box,small exit flow rate and less pressure often arise and thier causes are different. Three relatively special instances are enumerated to analyze the failure causes,which will be used for reference to other technicians.
