摘要
针对带钢坯温降大,首、尾段带钢坯温差大问题,提出在最后一架初轧机与精轧机组之间的E-辊道设置保温罩。详细讨论了保温罩的结构设计方案。设备经过一年的运行,证实了其有效性。
A group of heat insulating mantles is installed on the E-roll table between the last looming mill and finishing mill group to resolve the problems of band blUet steel high temperature-drop and big difference in temperature between its head and end. The mantle scheme of structural design is discussed in detail. The equipment is verified valid after one-year running.
