摘要
为认知转向器齿条上径向载荷与齿条通气孔的角度变化关系,通过对带有通气孔的齿条的最薄弱截面进行的弯曲应力分析,并用齿条静态强度测试装置进行验证试验,结果表明,齿条通气孔与齿条径向载荷相垂直时,通气孔截面所受应力最大,强度最低。
To understand the correlativity of angle displacement between rack radial force and rack vent hole, the bending stress applied on the weakest section of rack equipped vent hole were analyzed, validating tests were carried out on rack static strength tester. The results shows that the maximum stress occurred as the included angle between rack vent hole and rack radial force are right-angle, meanwhile the rack strength shall be reduced to minimum.
