摘要 以水蒸气作为气化剂,采用热重方法,在900℃~1000℃条件下,研究了脱碱金属煤外加不同浓度NaCl和NaAc900℃快速热解的褐煤焦的水蒸气气化反应性,研究结果表明:外加碱金属的形态及温度对其在气化反应中的催化作用有较大的影响,且外加的碱金属均能够降低气化反应过程的活化能,NaAc具有显著的催化作用,并且随着温度的升高而增强;NaCl的催化作用较弱,因此对高NaCl含量煤可进行洗涤,改善气化过程的操作性. The effect of NaCl and NaAc additives with different concentrations on the steam gasification reactivity of rapid pyrolysis lignite chars under 900 ℃-1 000 ℃ was investigated by thermo-gravimetric analysis. The results show that the form of the alkali metal added and temperature have obvious effects on the catalysis of gasification, which can reduce the activation energy during the gasification. The NaAc has marked catalytic effect that increases with the temperature; Compared to the NaAc, the catalysis of NaCl is relatively weak and therefore, the improvement of gasification process performance with the coal of higher concentration of NaCl can be realized by washing with water before gasification.
