摘要
经济成本作为影响煤制二甲醚市场发展的重要因素一直是人们关心的问题.考虑由生产和运输两个主要环节组成的不同煤制二甲醚情景,选择多种工艺和方法,设计了8条技术路线.并对由这些路线计算所得的二甲醚成本进行分析和比较,在此基础上对各技术路线进行了敏感性分析.计算结果表明,在假定的条件下,采用在煤炭产地一步生产出二甲醚再运输的方式交货成本最低,最具竞争力.敏感性分析表明,投资成本和原料价格对二甲醚成本的影响最大.
Cost of coal derived dimethyl ether (DME) is a major influencing factor for development of DME market and has been interested in for a long time. Multiple techniques and methods were selected to design 8 technical pathways in consideration of scenarios composed by production and transportation. DME costs of each pathway were estimated and compared, based on which sensitivity analysis was carried out. The estimation and comparison showed that, under the assumptions, to produce DME in coal-rich site directly then transport it to market resulted in lower cost, and is the most competitive option. The sensitivity analysis showed that capital investment and coal cost have bigger impacts on DME cost.
