摘要
通过乙醇浸提、减压蒸馏滤液后得到蒲葵籽乙醇提取物,分别采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术及MTT法对提取物的化学组成及其抗癌活性进行了分析。气相色谱-质谱分析共分离出39个峰并鉴定出其中的21种化合物,结果表明该提取物的主要成分为亚油酸、棕榈酸甲酯、月桂酸乙酯、亚油酸乙酯及植物甾醇等。抗癌活性分析表明,蒲葵籽乙醇提取物对宫颈癌细胞株Hela、人胃癌细胞株SGC7901、人肝癌细胞株Bel7402等三种癌细胞均有一定的抑制作用,具有一定的抗癌活性。
The seed of Livistona chinensis was extracted in ethanol,then the extract was collected by vacuum distillation. The GC-MS technology was applied to analyze the chemical components of the extract and MTT method was adopted to evaluate the anticancer activity of the extract. 39 Peaks were isolated and 21 compounds were identified by GC-MS. The results showed that the main components were linoleic acid,methyl palmitate, ethyllaurate,ethyl linoleate , phytosterols, ect. The result of anticancer activity analysis indicated that three cancer cells (cervical cancer cells Hela, human gastric cancer cells SGC7901 and human liver cancer cells Be17402) were inhibited,and the extract of the seed of Livistona chinensis had certain anticancer activity.
