The protection of intellectual property right is closely related to independent innovation. The system of protecting intellectual property right confirmed the labor and investment of creater. It made innovation achievement industrialized. It made the body of the creative confirmed by law. Because of that, innovation achievement was respected, and knowledge wealth was protected. So, if there were the system of protecting intellectual property right, the innovation mechanism which functions steadily would beformatted.
